DZN Shipping and Delivery Policy

We can ship anywhere in the Continental USA.  We also offer local pick up at our receiving warehouse free of charge. 

Shipping is free for non parcel items, but we have to charge for local white glove delivery of non parcel furniture and oversized items. 

Showroom Sample sales are final and are not eligible for shipping, they must be picked up at DZN or arranged for local delivery. 

Customer Pick-up:  We offer free customer pick-up at our receiving warehouse for large / oversized order or at our store for small items. Choose local pick up at check out.

Non-Furniture and parcel delivery sized items:  Items are packaged for shipment within 2 to 4 business days of order date for in stock items.  Your purchases will be shipped via ground parcel services.  A choice of standard or expedited shipping is available to be selected at checkout.  All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.   

Furniture and oversized items that can not be delivered via parcel service: 

While we do not charge you for the inbound freight from our manufacture to a local receiving warehouse, but we have to charge for local White Glove delivery.

We only deliver furniture and oversized items via a local White Glove delivery services. This is to protect you and your furniture purchase by making sure your purchases are delivered to you in good condition with no freight damages or concealed damages when it arrives.  White Glove Service includes a receiving and inspection at local warehouse, delivery appointment, placement of furniture in the rooms of your choice by our trained delivery team, including any assembly needed, and complete debris removal. We will contact you with the White Glove delivery cost for your order, or you can contact us before you purchase for a White Glove delivery quote. 

We do not offer Curbside Delivery for Furniture or oversized items, but you may arrange to pick up your items at our local receiving warehouse.   However for small furniture items that can be shipped via ground parcel service we are happy to arrange for ground parcel delivery.  If you choose curbside delivery for small furniture items or other items you are responsible for documenting any damages within 24 hours of receipt in order for DZN to honor any claims for damaged items. This includes photos of package and box, if the box shows any damage make sure to take a photo of the damaged or scuffed area. Photos of the box and photos of the damaged item(s) along with written description will need to be sent to DZN within 24 hours of receipt.  Without this documentation DZN Home is not responsible for any damages.  

Average cost of white glove delivery:  The minimum charge for any delivery is *$150 this includes 1 hour of time, assembly, set in place and removal of debris. Any additional time beyond the first hour will be charged at a rate of *$150 per hour. All local deliveries are paid directly to our delivery company. 

 * Please note that the above delivery cost are based on typical  Greenville, SC rates, actual cost may vary depending on your location and or delivery conditions. Shipping Delivery Time: The Order Lead Times vary on each product.  Most in stock products can be delivered in 2 - 4 weeks, but custom orders and out of stock items may be longer.  We will notify you of the expected arrival date within 1 week of order placement.  Please call us if special delivery arrangements must be made.

Payment and Financing:  We offer financing of all purchases.  Financing can be selected at check-out.  Payment in full is required for all orders placed on our web site.

Order Acceptance: Customer is responsible for final inspection of all item upon delivery, If a product has concealed  damaged or not satisfactory, please contact DZN Home within 24 hours of delivery.  If an item has freight damage do not accept the item from the delivery / freight company and notify DZN Home right away. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge.
