DZN Shipping and Delivery Policy
We can ship anywhere in the USA. We also offer local pick up and curbside pick up if you prefer.
Customer Pick-up: For Customers Located Close to our Store in Greenville, SC, we offer free customer pick-up. Orders can be held for pick-up for 7 days after Customer notification of arrival. Choose local pick up at check out.
Non-Furniture and parcel delivery sized items: Items are packaged for shipment within 2 to 4 business days of order date. Your purchases will be shipped via ground parcel services. A choice of standard or expedited shipping is available to be selected at checkout. All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
White Glove Delivery Service Furniture Only: All Deliveries from DZN, whether local or anywhere, are White Glove Services. We do not offer Curbside Delivery. We believe our services should be the highest standards from interior design, selection, ordering and delivery. White Glove Service includes a delivery appointment, placement of furniture in the rooms of your choice by our trained delivery team, any assembly needed, and complete debris removal. We inspect all furniture before delivery.
Delivery Cost - Local - Furniture Only: Within 50 miles of our store, DZN does not charge for transportation. We charge a flat fixed rate of $200 per room for white glove delivery services.
Delivery Cost - Continental US: We ship anywhere in North America. Please call us if shipping is required to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii. In the Contented US, for orders not cost effective to send UPS/FedEx, we charge flat rate shipping of $100 for orders below $1,000, and 10% on all orders above $1,000. White Glove Services is added to the shipping cost. We charge a flat fixed rate of $200 per room for white glove delivery services.
Shipping Delivery Time: The Order Lead Times vary on each product. Most products can be delivered in 4-6 weeks, but custom orders may be longer. We will notify you of the expected arrival date within 1 week of order placement. Please call us if special delivery arrangements must be made
Payment and Financing: We offer financing of all purchases including shipping and white glove delivery. Financing can be selected at check-out. Payment in full is required for all orders placed on our web site.
Order Acceptance: Customer is responsible for final inspection of all item upon delivery, If a product is damaged or not satisfactory, please contact DZN Home. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge. Not happy with an item for reasons other than damage, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns. Special order items are typically not refundable contact DZN to discuss return.
