Return Policy

At DZN Home we want you to be happy with your purchases. But if for any reason you are not, below is our return policy:

In-store purchases of rugs, lighting, accessories, and décor

You can return regularly priced items purchased in store as long as it is in its original condition for a full refund.  

Online purchases of small items delivered via parcel (UPS, FedEx, USPS…)  

You can return regularly priced items purchased online minus the cost of shipping. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. 

Only items in original condition and in original packaging may be returned within a 7 (seven) day period for a full refund.  Please contact us for a return request.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged in return shipping, so we encourage customers to ensure that the package is insured.

Furniture and oversized purchases

You can return furniture and oversized items purchased in store or online for a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of any freight and delivery pick up required to have the item returned to our Greenville, SC warehouse. All pieces must be returned in original condition with original packing and any hardware or instruction that were included with the item.

Regularly priced furniture purchased off the floor can be returned within 7 business days of purchase as long as it is in its original condition for a full refund.  Any cost associated with the return pick up are the responsibility of the customer. 

Floor sample sale or discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned.   

Special order / made to order purchases are non-returnable final sales. 

Orders that arrive damaged

While we take care to insure that shipped items arrive safely, freight damage can occur. If an item arrives to you damaged, you must notify us of the damage in writing within 2 days of receipt. We will ask you for photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging so we can start the freight claim.   If an item can be repaired, we will make the necessary arrangements to have the work completed locally. If an item cannot be repaired, we will make arrangements to replace the item or issue a refund. Items should not be shipped back without written authorization from us. If an item needs to be returned to us, we will make arrangements to have the item collected.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are specially priced items which may show some wear or slight defect. All clearance items are sold “as is” and no returns/exchanges are accepted.
